Don’t Panic! is a variety tribute show in the style of Dad’s Army. This light-hearted sing-along, laugh-along slapstick comedy show is guaranteed to have your group laughing all the way.

The Monastery at Gorton has been saved from dereliction by a dedicated and passionate team.  The building was famously designed by Edward Pugin (1834-1875).  A gruelling programme of restoration has transformed this ruin into the magnificent monument it is today.  On arrival, you will hear the story of the re-birth of Gorton from those who fought for it, a truly inspirational tale.

In World War II, with a German invasion looming, the defence of Walmington-on-Sea rests in the hands of the local bank manager and a motley collection of volunteers in the Home Guard unit. Dad’s Army, despite being woefully ill-equipped, the rag-tag crew is ready to take on invading troops from across the Channel…

Your favourite characters – including Captain Mainwaring – are there along with a musical maestro who provides some stirring renditions of wartime favourites on the piano. This show is a must for any lover of the popular TV series. So bring your ration books, paste on your gravy stockings and join us for an unforgettable afternoon of good old fashioned fun and laughter!
