Horta Museum and Art Nouveau in Saint-Gilles.
Board the coach for the short transfer to the Horta Museum for a private tour. The museum is dedicated to the life and work of the protagonist of Belgian Art Nouveau, Victor Horta, housed in his former town house and studio. Following this, we will have a guided walking tour in the footsteps of architects whose buildings are striking manifestoes of Art Nouveau. There will be an opportunity to visit Hannon House (optional). The rest of the day and evening is at leisure.

Comic Strip Centre and Belle Époque Pubs Tour.
Visit the Belgian Comic Strip Centre, a masterpiece of Art Nouveau and designed by Victor Horta. This is not a private residence, but a ‘trade temple’ inaugurated in 1906. Perhaps visit the former Old England department store, now home to the Musical Instruments Museum, an Art Nouveau building constructed in 1899 out of girded steel and glass. Continue with a walking tour of pre-war Brussels pubs, some of which have kept their Art Nouveau or Art Deco decoration (2 drinks included). Enjoy dinner together in a local Art Nouveau Brassiere with authentic Belgium Cuisine.
