We are pleased to offer packaged tours to Scarborough for Trefoil Guild members to attend the Annual Meeting in June 2026. Our tour includes transfers and accommodation as well as optional extras including excursions and post tour

Travel to Scarborough

Arrive by train in Scarborough where a Greatdays representative will be waiting to meet you at the station, and you will be taken by transfer to your chosen hotel. This evening relax at your chosen hotel with dinner.

Trefoil Guild Annual Meeting

After breakfast you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to Scarborough Spa for the Trefoil Guild Annual Meeting. When the Annual Meeting concludes a transfer will be available to take you back to your hotel.

After an early dinner you will then be collected from your hotel and taken back to Scarborough Spa for an evening of entertainment provided by the Trefoil Guild. When the evening concludes a transfer will be available to take you back to your hotel.

Optional Day Excursions

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. A range of optional day excursions are available to choose from and pre-book prior to the annual meeting weekend (see over).
Dinner will be served at your chosen hotel this evening.

Travel home or take the post meeting tour to Durhm

After breakfast we say goodbye to Scarborough. You can either join the coach departing for the post meeting tour or return home. Transfers to the station will be available throughout Monday morning.

Victorian hotel dating back to 1863, overlooking Scarborough Harbour. The hotel has a bar and entertainment most evenings.

A very grand building dating back to the 1830s, the majority of bedrooms have been refurbished all whilst maintaining the traditional class and grandeur of the hotel. Some bedrooms offer seaviews. The hotel has a bar and entertainment most evenings. Tea and coffee are included in the bedrooms and there is free Wi-Fi throughout.

It has a small pool area (local charges apply) and lift access to all floors.

Walk in shower rooms are on a  request basis only. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but these cannot be guaranteed. Sea View rooms may also be requested (supplement would apply). Please contact us before booking for availability and to check the supplement to guarantee.

If a fully adapted room is required, we will need to check availability prior to booking.

 

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person will be due on confirmation.  Balance payment due 10 weeks prior to travel.
