At Greatdays, we pride ourselves on putting together enjoyable celebratory events that brings together friends and family. We can organise the excursions for you, should you wish to add these on to your itinerary. Our exclusive package includes dinner, bed and breakfast at the Park Royal Hotel in Cheshire including entertainment each evening.
New Year’s Eve celebrations will start with a fizz and clink as you say, “Cheers!” with your friends. After your reception drink, we have arranged a celebratory 5 course Gala dinner for your enjoyment to mark the finish of 2026 and the start of 2027. Our very own entertainers will create a party atmosphere singing classic sing-a-long songs. You can then dance the night away to party classics with a DJ on your own dance floor to celebrate this New Year’s Eve in style!

Suggested Excursion - Stop off on the way to your hotel at the Blakemere Village, Northwich to find your favourite antique or collectable in the Antique Emporium or simply browse the extensive range of shops. Sweet treats, tea room and restaurant are on site for snacks or tea and coffee after your journey.
Afternoon - Check-in to the Park Royal Hotel Cheshire.
Evening - Settle down for your 3 course dinner with 3 choices per course. Our musicians will play Motown classics for your entertainment.

Morning - Hot and cold buffet breakfast in the restaurant.
Suggested Excursion - Explore Liverpool Royal Albert Docks and visit the Beatles Story Museum. The Museum takes you on an immersive journey to discover more about the world's greatest band. Free Multi media audio guides are available. Memorabilia is on display from George Harrison's guitar to John Lennon's last piano. Fab4 café is on site serving speciality teas and coffees with Beatles music playing to enhance your 60s experience or you may wish to browse the independent shops for a souvenir in the Albert Dock and treat yourself to a tea or coffee in a quirky café overlooking the water. If Beatlemania still has you gripped, why not ask your coach driver to show you where John and Paul grew up or point you in the direction of the Beatles statue on Pier Head?
Evening - Time now to put your party outfit on and prepare to dine and party! You will be offered a drink on arrival to the New Year Gala event sit down to indulge in your 5 course set dinner served in a private dining room. Dancing will follow to see in the New Year and of course sing, "Auld Lang Syne." Our entertainers will sing the Beatles and play live music for your enjoyment and create a fantastic atmosphere for your special evening. To finish off the evening, a DJ will blend your favourite tunes together for a night of dancing.

Suggested Excursion - We can arrange a trip to historic Chester. We suggest a guided tour of Chester Cathedral to make sense of its wealth of history and discover the nooks and crannies of this impressive building.
We can arrange a delicious light lunch of soup and sandwiches with tea or coffee for you at 'Café 1092' set in the 13th century monks' dining hall. Original vaulted ceilings and a beautiful arched stain glass window depicting the six days of creation can be enjoyed from your table. This café is tried and tested by Greatdays staff!
Suggested additional option - Afternoon tea at the hotel (supplement on request)
Evening - 3 course dinner with 3 choices per course. Our talented duo entertain us with Abba classics after dinner.

Your hotel is located near a small village of Stretton and set within its own gardens. The inviting lounge bar area serves light meals and drinks; comfortable chairs will mean you can relax at your leisure during the day or before your evening meal. Each of the rooms have a flat screen TV, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and ensuite bathroom.
